Event organizers, stakeholders, and participants are increasingly recognizing the significance of minimizing the ecological footprint of events, whether they are large-scale conferences, festivals, trade shows, or community gatherings. A comprehensive event sustainability assessment serves as a pivotal tool in achieving this goal, aligning events with the broader global sustainability agenda.

Manage supply chain
12. Does the OC check suppliers/contractors are using sustainable practices in the following sectors?

Waste management
13. Which waste management practices have been adopted by the OC?
13.1 Manure produced during the event is collected in areas/containers in a safe way to avoid water contamination and pollution of the environment
13.2 Manure produced during the event is removed in cooperation with certified companies and it is handled by the contractors in line with the environmental guidelines for this kind of waste.
